Cosentino Legal was founded by Caterina Cosentino. She has over 20 years' experience as a commercial lawyer focusing on technology transactions. Caterina's experience includes a number of years as a partner of an Australian national firm and in-house experience in London as a senior lawyer at the EMEA headquarters of a major multi-national telecoms company.
Caterina's clients have included leading IT suppliers; telecoms operators; broadcasters and media owners in the film, radio, TV, music and computer games industries; print publishers; and the owners of some of Australia's most prominent brands. Caterina sees her role as helping her clients to outperform their competitors by focusing on commercial outcomes that position her clients as leaders in their field. She understands that clients require practical and strategic advice which is provided promptly and within their budgetary constraints and risk profile. To achieve this, Caterina focuses on developing a deep understanding of each client's commercial goals (both short term and long term) and the industry in which the client operates.
